1. Dentists (05 positions)

Location: Phnom Penh

Schedule: Full-time

Salary: Negotiation based on capacity and qualification

Working hour: Monday-Sunday, 8:00am-7:00pm (120 minutes lunch break)

Responsibilities

  • Meet and discuss with patients to confirm their dental concerns and problems.
  • Conduct investigation and inspection of patient’s oral health in addition to X-Rays, tests, etc.
  • Diagnose and treat dental conditions, such as cavities, gum diseases, and tooth decay.
  • Develop treatment plans for patients based on their oral health needs.
  • Perform dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, and root canals.
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of treatments.
  • Prescribe painkillers or antibiotics as and when necessary.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school.
  • State dental license to practice.
  • Clinical experience as a dentist is a plus.
  • Effective communication skills for patient interactions and team collaboration.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail for precise dental procedures.
  • Compassion and patience when addressing patient concerns.
  • Problem-solving skills for developing customized treatment plans.

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Clinical experience of at least 2 years.

2. Dental Assistants (05 positions)

Location: Phnom Penh

Schedule: Full-time

Salary: Negotiation based on capacity and qualification

Working hour: Monday-Sunday, 7:00am-7:00pm (120 minutes lunch break)

Responsibilities

  • Supports dental care delivery by preparing treatment room, patient, instruments, and materials.
  • Performs procedures in compliance with the Dental Practice Act.
  • Prepares treatment room for patient by following prescribed procedures and protocols.
  • Readies patient for dental treatment by welcoming, comforting, seating, and draping patient.
  • Provides information to patients and employees by answering questions and requests.
  • Assembles instrumentation by sterilizing and delivering instruments to treatment area, positioning instruments for dentist’s access, suctioning, and passing instruments.
  • Provides materials by selecting, mixing, and placing materials on instruments and in the patient’s mouth.
  • Helps dentist manage dental and medical emergencies by maintaining CPR certification, emergency drug and oxygen supply, and emergency telephone directory.
  • Educates patients by giving oral hygiene, plaque control, and postoperative instructions.
  • Documents dental care services by charting in patient records.
  • Maintains patient confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
  • Ensures operation of dental equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, following manufacturer’s instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Day off: One day per week

Job Description

The Administration Assistant will undertake duties that involve managing administrative tasks, overseeing operational logistics, purchasing, and assisting the HR and Administration Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee clinic equipment and ensure that equipment/assets are rightly used and returned properly.
  • Control office supplies and stationery available in stock.
  • Yearly count and update of fixed assets.
  • Assist in preparing staff retreats (organizing events, accommodation, and travel, etc.).
  • Control and monitor any request for booking the meeting room, coordinate the slide projector, and ensure it’s well organized.
  • Work closely with other departments and staff to organize dental room operations.
  • Organize training sessions, workshops, and activities for the department section in charge.
  • Summary Monthly Reports.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by the HR and Admin Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, General Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the specific field.
  • Honest, highly responsible, and reliable.
  • Good computer literacy (Internet and E-mail, MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Good communication skills and self-motivated.
  • Good integrity, positive attitude, helpful, high commitment, competence, and motivation.
  • Good in English (Writing, Speaking, Listening).

4. Customer Services Officer (02 positions)

Location: Phnom Penh

Schedule: Full-time

Salary: Negotiation based on capacity and qualification

Working hour: Monday-Sunday, 8:00am-7:00pm (120 minutes lunch break)

Day off: One day per week

Responsibilities

  • Manage a large volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats with knowledge and efficiency.
  • Identify and address customer needs, with a goal of total satisfaction.
  • Provide expert answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability while presenting the value of our product and services portfolio to customers.
  • Meet customer-service department sales targets, generating leads when opportunities arise.
  • Follow company guidelines and procedures for communications with minimal supervision.
  • Recommend improvements to company processes for efficiency.
  • Build expert, dynamic knowledge of the company’s products and services.
  • Conduct research with available resources to satisfy customer inquiries.
  • Engage with customers in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner to deliver exceptional experiences and nurture lasting relationships.
  • Respond quickly, professionally, and accurately to customer inquiries regarding quotes, orders, status, complaints, returns, and warranties.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets by explaining the benefits of additional products and services to customers and seizing opportunities to sell.
  • Maintain daily recordings and documentation of issues and resolutions in a database for sales and executive management teams to review.

Skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
