The administration manager will be responsible for planning, streamlining, and executing administrative workflows and procedures. They will oversee a team that focuses on new personnel recruiting and training and allocate responsibilities and office space to all staffers. The administration manager will also assess personnel performance, provide guidance, and implement process changes to enhance overall efficiency.

Administration Assistant job description
The administration assistant will be undertaking the duties that involve managing administrative tasks, overseeing operational logistics, purchasing, and assisting HR and administration managers on tasks as described below:
Responsibilities
- Oversee clinic equipment and ensure that equipment and assets are rightly used and returned properly
- Control on office supplies, stationery supplier available in stock.
- Yearly count and update of fixed assets each year.
- Assist in preparing staff retreats, such as organizing events, accommodations, travel, etc
- Control and monitor any request to booking the meeting room, coordinator on slide projector and make sure it’s well organizing
- Working closely with other departments and staff to organize dental room operation
- Organize training sessions, workshops, and activities for the department section in charge.
- Any other task as assigned by HR and Admin Manager

Responsibilities
- Supports dental care delivery by preparing the treatment room, patient, instruments, and materials.
- Performs procedures in compliance with the Dental Practice Act.
- Prepares treatment room for patient by following prescribed procedures and protocols.
- Readies patient for dental treatment by welcoming, comforting, seating, and draping patient.
- Provides information to patients and employees by answering questions and requests.
- Assembles instrumentation by sterilizing and delivering instruments to treatment area, positioning instruments for dentist’s access, suctioning, and passing instruments.
- Provides materials by selecting, mixing, and placing materials on instruments and in the patient’s mouth.
- Helps dentist manage dental and medical emergencies by maintaining CPR certification, emergency drug and oxygen supply, and emergency telephone directory.
- Educates patients by giving oral hygiene, plaque control, and postoperative instructions.
- Documents dental care services by charting in patient records.
- Maintains patient confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
